Midnight Run American Stout, Brazos Valley Brewing | Brenham, TX | This is a great example of what an American Stout should be. Nice nose, you can smell the malt, that you then taste. Thick notes of chocolate and roaste barley. The only downside is it would go better on a cold winter night to help warm you by a fire. | American Stout | 8.4% | 30 | 4.2 | 4.2 | 4.2 | 4.2 | 4.2 | 4.2 | Pic
Steve Austin Broken Skull IPA, El Segundo Brewing | El Segundo, CA | Great lace and looks awesome. Good nose. You can taste the hops featured. (Citra, Cascade, and Chinook) I heard a lot of hype about this beer. While the beer is good it did not live up to the hype. | IPA - American | 6.8% | 67 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | Pic
Blueberry Lager, Stesti Brewing | Lovelady, TX | Here is a beer that lives up to its name. Great Blueberry smell up front followed by not much flavor. Perhaps the Blueberry over powers. It leaves you with the taste of a blueberry muffin. If you like blueberry and especially blueberry muffins then this is your beer! Personally I prefer their Stestí CzAle. | Fruit Lager | 5.7% | 3.5 | 3.5 | 4 | 3.8 | 4 | 3.76 | Pic
Pineapple Beer Mosa, 903 Brewers | Sherman, TX United States | What can I say the name says it all. Great smell of tropics, taste or coconut and pineapple, interesting taste, good carbonation. I am not a fan of this style of beer but they do provide the flavor advertised. | IPA - New England | 5% | 40 | 4 | 3 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.5 | Pic |
