An intense bouquet of tangerine and candied orange peel entice the nose while flavors of clementines, Valencia orange and subtle caramel provide counterpoint to an assertive bitterness and rich malt character. Bold hop flavor and aroma from six different hop varietals is front and center in this flavorful American IPA.
This was a Pro-Am winner. The grains come through as they should on this syle. (Munich & Carafa II) followed by the light hop flavor of Hallertau hops. This would be a great fall beer!
Great Flavor! Bright, tropical, fruit-laden West Coast IPA is brewed with two-row barley, English crystal malt, and cutting edge American hops including Simcoe, Mosaic and El Dorado. Notes of mango, pineapple and strawberry culminate in a resinous, dank finish synonymous with the West Coast IPA style.
Yuengling is the oldest brewery in America, est 1829. This is their flagship beer. rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor with roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops
Great taste! unique Kazbek hops from Bohemia offer hint of Czech beer with a bit more hops, Nice clean flavor and excellent for warm weather. Brewery opened 2016. This is one to check out!
Let me say this is not a style I like. It actually smells pretty good, from a michelada standpoint. Spicy, tomato, savory. Taste is slight tomato, salt, chilies, a generic beer flavor brings up the rear. It looks horible in the glass so this may be one to leave in the can. The taste is all spice. Now I like spice and love Bloody Mary's but this just taste off and did not improve with additional samples. It has no carbonation. I did not finish this beer.
