Bryan, TX | Blackwater has adjusted their recipe and taken a good Oktoberfest beer to the next level. This is perhaps one of the best Marzen or Oktoberfest beers I have had in a while. Great lace, awesome aroma, full body taste ending with a slight carmel taste. This is the mark to meet when it comes to Marzens in 2021! Best in on draft and better at their tap room! |

| Oktoberfest, Altstadt Brewing | Fredericksberg, TX | This is a great German Marzen or Oktoberfest beer. Great lace, good mouth feel, full-bodied ending with a slight sweetness. In tradition with the classic German Märzen styles originally served at Oktoberfest. Mild hopping compliment the rich combination of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts which give this brew its beautiful light copper color. |
