Houston, TX | Gold Medal 2023 GABF A traditional India Pale Ale, the Elissa IPA is very hoppy with a properly balanced malty body. Elissa has huge hop additions in the kettle that give it a wonderful bitterness and is then dry-hopped in the fermenter to create the pleasant floral, hoppy nose. The Elissa is an authentic version of an India Pale Ale (IPA) style. Saint Arnold Brewing Company donates a portion of the proceeds of this beer to the Galveston Historical District for preservation of this ship. |

Houston, TX | Gold Medal 2023 GABF A true German-style Kölsch. Originally brewed in Cologne, this beer is crisp and refreshing, yet has a sweet malty body that is balanced by a complex, citrus hop character. Multiple additions of German Hallertauer hops are used to achieve this delicate flavor. A special Kölsch yeast, an ale yeast that ferments at lager temperatures, to yield the slightly fruity, clean flavor of this beer. |

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Sling Yer Hook |
Oceanside, CA | Pours black with a three finger head. Aroma is caramel, a touch of salt, bourbon profiles and coffee, though there is no coffee in it. Chocolate can also be detected. Taste follows exactly, with the bourbon less pronounced. Sweet is offset by the alcohol. The profile feels more in the front of tasting and diminishes quickly. Another review mentioned creme brulee, and I can taste that as well. | American Imperial Stout |

Kveik Monster |
Boston, MA | This beast of a beer is brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast and Pacific Northwest hops. Big notes of stone fruit and citrus lurk in the depths of this deceptively smooth brew. This is an interesting beer and far sweeter then I anticipated. While not a session beer it is defenetly one to try with a few friends. |
