Black Forest Stout |
Sherman, TX | I am not a big fan of Pastry Stouts but the name caught me. This pours black and thick and suprisingly taste like liquid Black Forest Cake! It start with a stong cake flavor and finishes with a cherry tart end. This would make a great after dinner desert beer but not a great session beer. Coming in at 10% it may be one to share with a friend.

Red Nose Reinbeer |
Houston, TX |
Well its Thanksgiving so a fruit beer with cranberry seemed right! This is a fruited with fresh cranberry and layered with touches of cinnamon and brown sugar. As wheat fruited beers goes this one is great. The fruit does not over power the wheat so you get a well balance beer and yes you can taste the cranberry. A great seasonal beer. |

Sunny Day IPA |
Clear Lake Shores, TX | Pours a very cloudy golden amber color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. The use of citra hops invoke fruity notes of grapefruit and lime assisted by a honey-like malt backbone. Juicy citrus taste with a bite of piney resin at the end. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Over all a nice especailly if you like juicy IPAs. |
