Of Kolsch I Still Love You |
Austin, TX | This is a tale of two beers. Well the same beer but from different locations. 1st Can is from a local grocery store. Clean, good carbonation. Little cloudy and has a fruitier than I would expect. |

Of Kolsch I Still Love You |
Can 2 is from the canning line at the brewery. What a difference!!!!! Refreshing, dry, and light. Noble hops and tangy Huajillo honey combine to create the perfect Texas summer brew.. Clean, crisp, and deliciously crushable. This could be my new favoite Kolsh! If you look below you can see the difference in the beers. Pic 1 is the cloudy version and the other two are from the same provider and clear. I wish I had checked the date on the first can as I am very curious as to how old it was and what the batch # was. This is why I always say to give a beer a second chance from a different supply if you do not like a beer. |

Shiner Trail Mix |
Shiner, TX | Full disclosure, I am not the targe audience for this beer Ok not a big fan but you have to give it credit because it taste like trail mix. This is one I could enjoy 2 to 4 oz of. It’s interesting and I’m glad I tried it but it’s one and done for me.

San Marcos Blonde |
Crisp but a bit sweet. Lemon esters from Kolsch yeast are evident. Not Bad 4 | Kolsch | 5.5% | 22 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | Pic | ||
Golden Pilsner |
Ft Worth, TX | Taste ok , good head, smell is not great This highly sessionable beer is our interpretation of an outstanding, modern pilsner, born from six generations of brewing expertise. Golden in both name and color. This beer has a great look, good head but the smell in not great. Thankfully the taste was good |

Dublin Me Lucky |
Houston, TX | This beer has good lace and head. I think it is a wee bit to dark for an Irish Red. To me there is a strange after taste almost like a kit beer but I know its not. Strong bread, a touch of fruitiness. Medium to heavy bitter, toasty, bitter increases in finish. Chewy mouth feel. |
