| Santiago's Porter | Fredericksburg, TX | This dark beer features a complex malt profile of Pilsner, Crystal, and Chocolate malts, with oats, and balanced with a subtle addition of Willamette hops. The body is light and smooth with a creamy texture and a dark brown color with ruby hues. The flavor and aroma is a mix of light toasty notes with hints of fruity esters, as well as hints of chocolate and light caramel. It has great lace and the head maintains through out. Its a bit lighter in body and color than I would have expected but it is a great beer over all. If you like porters then this is one to try. This is a tap room only release at this time so you will need to visit the brewery to enjoy this beer.

Heights Light Lager |
Houston, TX | This lager has a clean Crisp flavor. You taste no hops. It is very sessionalble. Great beer to watch a ball game with. It received a Silver at the 2022 GABF in the Light Lager catagory. If you like light lagers then this is one to try. |

90 Minute IPA |
Milton, DE | The original story is that brewers used an old electric football game to vibrate hops in to the brewing all through the boil. The result is heavy piney and citrus hop aromas. Raisiney Citrusy with a full malt taste with slight bitterness orange marmalaid taste. ll in all a great imperial IPA with a verinteresting new can. |

Double DropKick Backstory Brewery |
Sulphur Springs, TX | This is an interesting Hazy which I had the opportunity to try while at a brewers confernence. Heavy mouth feel and head retention. Juicy lime mango peach and citrus notes off the hops. Hops: current version Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, Idaho Gem, amarillo, El Dorado. There is no juicy to this. It is a great IPA with a bit of haze provided by the flaked wheat. Over all this is a great Hazy IPA. |

Missouri City, TX | The beer pour fairly clear for a hazy and has a great white head. The beer comes in 7.5% but for a IPA it does not have a huge hop flavor but I am guess it is about 40 IBU. | IPA - New England / Hazy ? |
